Is this true? I heard that Bill Gates is creating a machine that will cause an earthquake to shake and move Comcast, Cox and Charter!! He is calling it the CCC tremor!! My question is this...does this constitute as a mover and shaker? How often does fiber optics fail due to earthquakes? Some things are best not answered, I suppose. I think Comcast offers earthquake insurance for your internet and television connection. I wonder what the difference is. I bet they use more elastic CAT5 cabling.
