"Networking my modem"
I have a 512k cable modem. One of my friends have pointed out to me that my modem will not run at the full 512k until I network it.

Is this true? And if so how i do this?

Thanx

Mike is right,
Most networks are 10m or more. and you use a 512k connection. IT should not slow anything down.
