"Splitter?"

I have Road Runner and Time Warner Cable. I received an LCD Flat Panel monitor for Christmas that also has a built-in TV tuner and cable TV input. I would like to know which splitter to purchase (provide link if possible) so I can split the cable line going to the modem and also connect the cable to the monitor. I read some information on the subject at:

but it doesn't really provide much info on which splitter to buy (5-1000 MHz with EMI isolation) and where to buy it. Is this something I can pick up at the local Rat Shack? Can I purchase the appropriate splitter from a site on-line?

I used a regular cable splitter to do exactly what you're asking.
