AT&T broadband has oversold its capacity for its current system and hopes no one will notice. Nodes that are only supposed to have 50 users are over populated with more than 250 users. This problem affects most all of Sacramento and valley area.
Everyone at AT&T Broadband continues to shrug the issues.
So - what exactly can we do?
The problem with AT&T is that they won't come out and admit that they made a mistake and have a problem on their hands. They're SUCH a huge company that they have major internal communication problems.
What can we do about the poor network performance?
We are not getting what we have paid for! The service is awful - You can not download your mail, you can not vpn into work and you can not play any online games. About they only thing you can do is page flip - even that will time out at times....
Please let everyone know about these issues. NEW Customers will be disappointed when the sign up for service with AT&T Broadband - AT&T will not tell you about the problem!
