"RCN Billing"

To all that want to know about RCN, just wanted to know that this company sucks for service and billing. I went and had my phone service part of it switched back to my regular provider i had before, well RCN came out and disconnected me all together. I called RCN and they said they wouldn't have done it. Then i said well you going to fix your disconnect, they said they could schedule me for reconnect in 5 days. I was like what!.... So I canceled them all together it was a nightmare with billing because they sent me a bill for my cable modem and cable tv box totaling over $1000.00 I was shocked, then after i gave them back the equipment they sent me a new bill with one price telling me my account is extremely over due so i write the check and get it ready for mail then they send me another bill with a higher price on it, so I called them they told me I didn't add the taxes in, I said you guys sent the bill, and I still get told I didn't add the tax. So for all of you with RCN beware of them and their billing. I would never recommend them to anyone every again. Thanks for listening everyone.
