hey i have charter pipeline which uses a Com21 and its non docsis.... and i heard that i can uncapp non docsis modems?? Can somebody tell me how 2 uncapp non docsis?????!?!

Sure, not a problem. All you gotta do is hack into the CMTS and edit the QoS profiles to remove the bandwidth cap. Then you'll need to create a new config file for your modem, upload it to the TFTP server (wherever it is), and reprovision your modem so that it gets the hacked file from the TFTP server. (And make sure during the re-provisioning process that you know exactly which node the cable company has you listed in, or none of this will work.) There are a couple more things you'll probably need to do, but this should give you a good start.
