Hi. I recently got a cable modem installed in my house and was saddened to find that it is barely faster than dial-up. I went through the customer support line with a troubleshooting tech only to find that the full extenet of his knowledge could not solve my problem. Any suggestions? Please e-mail me with solutions. escalate the problem up the food chain. If the first idiot--er--customer service guy can't help ask to speak to someone else...a supervisor if possible. Keep going up the ladder if you have to. Barely faster than a dialup is garbage. Mike
