I found a way at dslreports.com! GO there and go to DSLR Tools and click on TWEAK TEST and do the test and fill out the quik form and it will tell you to download this program and tell you what you need to do to your MTU and RWIN! This works perfect! I have my speed test at a lot of places average 2880kb/s! That is 2.8mb/s! With a CABLE modem from @HOME or SHAW!!! Try it out! Dude 2.8 is SLOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW>>> tweak it to 7.8 or so.... for as long as your ISP will let you, I have to reset my TTL and shit weekly...fukin Charter keeps slamin me back to 2.9

Honestly, I think the dude is yankin your chain guys. There are too many bumps in the system to be able to make a boost that much. Before DOCSIS I'd say yeah there was a possibility, but I dont think think so now. Prove me wrong bsinc.
