I'm using XP home edition and download performance/reliability is now poorer than under Win98. Does anybody have any tweaks for the home version to speed things up?

i have both XPhome and win98.i wouldn't recommend tweaking it m8.i tried numerous apps to speed things up and only made the situation worse.the speed you get on home shouldn't differ all that much..so if your losing lots of bandwidth check all config and make sure you have the latest drivers.
