Hi i just put on my pc and i tried the test on this site i have a 512k download speed and 128k upload speed my isp is ntl im on cable but im getting a 14k download speed?? if anyone could help me i would be most gratefull i have tried tweaking my connect after the test and managed to get 1kb more but that is no good to me

hey you with the ntl conection i get probs all the time what u should do is turn of the pc disconect the power from the modem for about a min then reconect it. it will take about 1 min to get a address then turn the pc back on and ur speed should be better if not get ready for a long wait on the blower for an answer from they clowns at ntl and i would not use a cordless phone my battery ran out twice ********************** *cheers Davadvice* ************************
