"Something is up with my connection. . ."

OK,I've got Adelphia powerlink cable. I've got it hooked up to two computers using a good router. Computer #1's internet runs great and using this site's speed test gets about 200k consistently, but on computer #2 ,which is my gaming computer, I get a disgraceful 33 consistently and am unable to connect to certain games because of something choking my internet. My router is configured so that both computers get equal speed.
