1) What do you want to do ? Are you saing you got a reading of 19? 2) If you got a 19, speak to you Cable people its their problem , not yours. You are paying good money, they will have to come and get up to speed. 3) If you want to tweak your setting please go to www.speedguide.net Cheers! Richard
