Hi, I am using roadrunner's cable service for high speed internet only. It was pretty stable when I installed it. However, few days ago, my cable signal became unstable during the evening time. The cable light on the cable modem which indicates whether you are connect to the internet went off and on many times in one night. Sometimes, the light is totally out for whole night. When technician tested my cable signal during the day time, it had no problem. He even removed the filter to prevent this problem. However, that doesn't really help, the same thing happened again after he removed the filter. Can anyone tell me what could cause this problem? (PS, I am using Toshiba PCX 1100 and I don't have any problem with power) Also, if you could, please send the suggestions to my e-mail at yuchieh4638@hotmail.com

I HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THAT AFTER MONTHS OF FIGHTING WITH THE CABLE CO THEY CHECKED THE CABLE OUT SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND IT WAS BAD . AFTER THEY REPLACED IT NO PROBLEMS
