"USB vs. Ethernet connection"
For some reason, the Ethernet connection doesn't work with my new cable modem. I have to use the USB connection. It is still mighty fast, but how much faster would it be if I could use the Ethernet?

1. "RE: USB vs. Ethernet connection"
probably about the same unless you have several usb devices plugged in.

The main difference between the 2 is the stability of ethernet.
