"Worth?"
Hi there.
I'm currently an NTL customer, (their Business broadband from ntl:businesS) which is 1Mb down, 256k up. It is currently hosting a support server, but as it's subject to the same servers ntl:home uses, i.e. nameservers/mail servers, and the same outages, it's too unreliable and very overpriced (I've had a nightmare with them!).
I am now looking into a Leased Line, and a 128k leased line, at 1:1 contention and 128k up and down and 100% service level agreement is within budget. What am I best with?

Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.

Regards,

1. "RE: Worth?"
depends on what you are using them for. 128k is insanely slow for both downloads and uploads so if you are hosting a site with any amount of traffic it will choke on 128k.

If you are just interested in downloading 1Mb is nearly 10 times faster than 128k and I see no reason to drop to that slow. Might as well hook up 2 56k modems together if you want to work with that speed!
